新店十四張(B單元)區段徵收案將於3月19、20及22日進行協議價購

  • 【新北市訊】新北市政府地政局訂於113年3月19、20及22日上下午，共分9場次於新店區中央市民活動中心2樓禮堂，進行「新北市新店十四張(B單元)區段徵收案」協議價購，歡迎區內土地及地上物所有權人依開會通知單所載日期時段踴躍參與。

    地政局表示，新店十四張(B單元)區段徵收案範圍東橫跨新店中正路兩側，西臨溪園路，南以十四張路為界，北至復興路，面積約34公頃，都市計畫主要計畫及細部計畫分於112年5月16日及112年7月21日經內政部及本市都市計畫委員會審議通過，現由內政部審核開發範圍及抵價地比例中，為利本案推動，故辦理本次協議價購作業，當日將就相關流程及方式先行說明，再確認土地及地上物所有權人協議價購意願及聽取意見，預計今年報請區段徵收核准後公告。

    為方便與民眾充分洽談及說明，本次協議價購採多場次分流方式進行，如土地及地上物所有權人未能依時段出席者，亦可於其他時段出席。為使土地及地上物所有權人更瞭解自身權益及本案內容，相關資料可於專案網站（網址：https://www.shisizhang.com.tw/）查詢，歡迎先行瀏覽；另當日新店地政事務所亦會就未辦繼承業務提供諮詢服務，歡迎民眾多加利用。
