新店十四張(B單元)區段徵收開發案第二次興辦事業計畫公聽會訂於112年9月19日召開

  • 新北市政府地政局訂於112年9月19日（星期二）上午10時及下午2時整，於新北市新店區中央市民活動中心2樓禮堂召開「新北市新店十四張（B單元）區段徵收開發案」第二次事業計畫公聽會，將就計畫內容、區段徵收作業方式、時程及相關注意事項進行說明，並聽取土地所有權人及利害關係人意見，為保障相關權益，歡迎踴躍參與。

     

    本區開發面積約34公頃，範圍東橫跨新店中正路兩側，西臨溪園路，南以十四張路為界，北至復興路，位處捷運環狀線及安坑輕軌交會，為配合大眾運輸導向發展提供所需用地，區內劃設商業區、住宅區，並有公園、學校(文中小)、停車場（兼供轉運站及捷運設施使用）、社會福利設施及道路等公共設施用地，開發完成後，透過道路系統串聯南側已開發完成之新店中央新村北側附近地區區段徵收區，完善地區整體發展，打造溪南商業活動、休閒遊憩兼具都市防災之宜居空間。

     

    本案所屬都市計畫細部計畫已於112年7月21日經本市都市計畫委員會審議通過，目前正在辦理地上物查估作業，為使民眾完整瞭解自身權益，地政局配合程序舉行事業計畫公聽會，詳細資訊可於專案網站（網址：https://www.shisizhang.com.tw/）查詢；另為使土地繼承人了解自身權益並提早處理產權問題，當日新店地政事務所亦會就未辦繼承業務提供諮詢服務，歡迎民眾多加利用。
